I can’t say enough good things about Yoga Journey.   The instructors are all top notch; well versed in all postures,  and modifications are always offered.   The instructors always assist students in need of help and make everyone feel comfortable, regardless of their capabilities.  The fellow students are friendly and make newcomers feel welcome.  There is so much positive energy in the studio.  There is plenty of street parking as well.   I give Yoga Journey 5 stars plus.

To me, YJ is an oasis of tranquility in the heart of Douglaston like no other. It offers smaller classes for students all levels of ability  from beginners to advanced.  Great variety of caring teachers. It has been especially wonderful during the pandemic allowing us to come together electronically for live classes with  a positive  energy level that would surprise and will inspire you. I highly recommend this studio.

The generosity of energy and spirit shared by Debra and Nina inspires the entire

Yoga Journey experience. All levels of practice, all demographics of yogis or

novices are welcomed and encouraged to enjoy themselves while being

challenged physically and mentally. The classes are creative and diverse, led by

some of the most capable, attentive, and supportive instructors.

Zoom classes have thankfully afforded continued student access even during

the Pandemic, although the physical studio itself is pleasant and bright and

sorely missed! Maybe soon?
