A New Chapter For Our Community

Dear Yoga Journey family,

First of all, we would like to express our love and gratitude for everyone’s outpouring support, kindness and appreciation when we made our announcement.  Your words meant a lot to us and touched our hearts.  These also made us believe that we have accomplished our dreams and goals when we opened the studio.  

Today, we’re writing with both full hearts and deep gratitude as we share an important update about the future of our space and community.

We are honored to share that Teresa will be taking the helm and guiding the studio into its next evolution as True Heart Yoga and Pilates.

This transition comes after thoughtful reflection and a desire to ensure the studio continues to thrive with the same spirit of care, inclusivity, and intention that has always defined it. Teresa, one of our beloved teachers, brings a beautiful blend of experience, compassion, and vision — qualities we know will serve this community well. 

While transitions can bring mixed emotions, we feel deeply confident in the path forward. The name may be changing, but the heart of this community remains strong. Teresa is committed to honoring the roots of Yoga Journey while bringing fresh energy and new possibilities.

We hope you’ll join us in welcoming her and celebrating this next step. Your presence, your practice, and your support have always been the soul of this studio — and that will never change.
