This yoga class uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation techniques (dhana) and hand gestures (mudras) with the intention of bringing about a sound healthy body and peaceful mind. Uniting body, mind, and spirit. We stretch away stress and tension! We build strength and flexibility to help us stay healthy and prevent pain.

Whether you are brand new to yoga or a more advanced practitioner, together, we will weave together chakra-work, asana, meditation, and breathing to help achieve clarity and mindfulness throughout your pregnancy.
