  Class links each pose with a breath in a flowing sequence of poses as well as energy vibes. The flowing movements challenge and strengthen the students not only physically but also mentally.

  Build your strength and balance through poses and mindful breathing with an aim to achieve harmony and union of body, mind, and spirit.

  Poses supported with use of props and held for extended period of time allowing the body and mind to relax, restore and heal. No previous experience required.

Hatha Raja Flow

  This yoga class uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation techniques (dhana) and hand gestures (mudras) with the intention of bringing about a sound healthy body and peaceful mind. Uniting body, mind, and spirit. We stretch away stress and tension! We build strength and flexibility to help us stay healthy and prevent pain.

   Yoga is an excellent source of meditation, clarity, and body and mind strengthening during a special time in a woman’s life. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a more advanced practitioner, together, we will weave together chakra-work, asana, meditation, and breathing to help achieve clarity and mindfulness throughout your pregnancy.
